Misuse includes but is not limited to: submission of false or misleading information, advertising of services or products relating to any business other than your own, non-payment of membership fees, and unsuitable or offensive language. Adelaide Accountants also reservers the right to terminate membership for other reasons (not listed at above) at our discretion that may be deemed as inappropriate, in which case a formal email warning would be given first.

Use of Reverse Auctions
Users who choose to participate in the Reverse Auctions (buyers groups) must understand that Adelaide Accountants acts in good faith as a facilitator to the process, and is not responsible for any price structuring, sales, or other activities related to the vendors or buyers, both during and after the reverse auction process. By agreeing to these terms and conditions you are giving Adelaide Accountants permission to pass on your contact details, and software selections to the vendors at the end of the selection period (lock-down). From this point on any relations between your business and the vendor/s are independant of Adelaide Accountants, and we assume no liability or responsibility for losses that may be incurred as a result of interaction with the vendors. We also do not guarantee that the vendors will not change the prices after the close date of the auction in response to incomplete orders from other businesses or your own.

Note: Refunds will not be made available in the event of a full membership account being termintated or cancelled.
